If you have a latency over 150 and you're in America or Canada then try this out:

if u use windows vista and get lag spikes every minute or 2, then use this:

Gonna add programs as I find them or ones I myself use

http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4842-game-booster.html Speeds up gaming specifically. Easy to turn on and off, people with good graphic cards *may* want to untick the second option down (Desktop Windows Manager Services Manager) as some drivers wont work well with it, also, I would advise selecting 'Skip' on the page that is about closing down background apps, unless you know what you are doing.
